Synthetic Organometallic Chemistry: Gold(III) Chemistry: Structure, Bonding and Reactivity
Applications are invited for a senior postdoctoral research position in organometallic chemistry funded by the European Research Council.
The project is part of a comprehensive programme exploring the chemistry of new types of gold complexes, notably gold hydrides and their application to catalysis and water cleavage.
You will have demonstrable excellent expertise in synthetic coordination or organometallic chemistry and have a PhD in Chemistry (or award within six month of appointment) and be able to fulfil all essential elements of the person specification.
This full time post is available from 1 February 2014 for a fixed term period of 48 months.
